Raw Hair Disclaimer
Our raw hair bundles are 100% authentic and unprocessed, sourced from single donors. Because raw hair is not chemically treated or dyed, the natural color may vary between shades of brown. This variation is completely normal and does not indicate a defect. If you prefer a specific shade, please leave a note during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee an exact match.

Bundle Quantity Recommendation
To achieve a full and voluminous look, we recommend the following number of bundles:

• 12” - 16” lengths: At least 2-3 bundles
• 18” - 24” lengths: At least 3-4 bundles
• 26” and longer: At least 4-5 bundles
  For lace frontals and closures, fewer bundles may be needed depending on the desired style.

Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom or pre-ordered items may require additional time.
• Shipping Time: Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

Return Policy
